We own and operate 22 fuel storage facilities across Jurong, Rotterdam, Houston, and other secure global ports, with a total bulk storage capacity of over 7.5 million barrels across our bulk fuel storage tanks. Our terminals are equipped with multi-modal capabilities, including pipeline, truck, rail, and light oil barges, and feature advanced blending operations for ethanol and biofuel supply.

Our tanks are connected through underground transfer pipes with remotely controlled centralized piping, linking the tanker pier to the tanks and pumps that serve long-range pipelines. We also have the capability to transfer various grades of crude oil to different parts of the tank farm, enabling the production of specific attributes and qualities in crude oil and feedstock. Additionally, crude oil can be entered into or removed from caverns through the tanks, ensuring flexibility in managing storage and production needs.
Whether the crude oil is arriving from a tanker or a cavern, it is first passed through the tanks to measure its quantity before being pumped into long-range pipelines. The tank farm's main function is to act as a buffer, allowing cargoes of crude oil arriving at irregular intervals to be dispatched in batches, ensuring the continuous operation of long-range pipelines.
Technical Management
